The first session is primarily an assessment and getting-to-know-you conversation. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, express your expectations, and determine if the therapeutic relationship feels right for you.

All sessions take place online via secure video platforms. We use Google Meet, WhatsApp, Discord, Pleso, Depreter, and PaxOnline to ensure accessibility and convenience. You can attend sessions from anywhere in the world — all you need is a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera and microphone.

After booking a service, you will receive a confirmation email with details about scheduling your session. We will arrange a convenient time for your appointment. Before the session, you will receive a link to the video platform and any relevant instructions. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, I am available to assist you.

Payment & Policies

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. Details will be provided after we schedule your session.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full rate.
